Feeding your baby - whether through breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or a combination of both - can be one of the most beautiful and, at times, most challenging parts of early parenthood. While many imagine it will come naturally, the reality can look very different: latch issues, low milk supply, nipple pain, bottle refusal, exhaustion, conflicting advice, or simply the emotional toll of trying to do what’s best for your baby.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or in need of reassurance - you're not alone, and you're in the right place. I’m here to provide compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to you and your baby’s needs. Whether you’re struggling with breastfeeding, navigating formula feeding, or somewhere in between, I offer guidance without judgment, grounded in real experience and professional care.
Together, we’ll take the pressure off and focus on what matters most: feeding your baby in a way that works for your family.
